We contacted Shaffer's Irrigation for an estimate since we were having a new lawn put in. This was our first experience with an irrigation system. Chris(the manager), told us if we had any problems after installation or needed adjustments that they would make it right. He turned out to be a man of his word. We had several issues that turned into multiple service calls. They showed up every time, fixed our issues, and explained how the system works. The techs we dealt with were Ryan, Mike & John.
