Schaffer’s Lawn Technician, Ryan, came back today, 5/7/25, and adjusted a couple of sprinklers that were not spraying well. I had a couple that were missing the mark and Shaffer’s sent Ryan back out to remedy the problem. I wasn’t complaining to them as Shaffer’s service is excellent. They wanted to ensure everything was operating smoothly and lawn was getting good coverage. Ryan is a professional and very customer oriented.
