I just wanted to commend Christian and his install crew at my home recently. I was greeted by Sam on the day the work was to be performed, bright, and early as scheduled at 8:00am. Sam as the lead on the project went over the work of reestablishing lines that were capped off previously (for work on a new pool construction underway) and all the details of additional heads and drip lines around the outside perimeter of pool deck, as well as moving some existing heads to accommodate a driveway expansion as discussed with Christian the week before.
Sam, John, Mike and Bob were very courteous and listened to my concerns and followed through meticulously with our plan. Christian, as promised showed up to make sure the team was there to fulfill the high standards that were set in our walk-through a week prior. All five men worked on the project as if they were doing it for their own home, cleaning up after they were all done! Needless to say, I was very happy with Shaffer’s Irrigation’s and highly recommend them to anyone seeking to fulfill their lawn watering needs! I was assured by Christian if there were any issues afterward to not hesitate in calling!

Had my system repaired and tested today.  I found Brenden to be awesome. He had quite a to do list waiting for him. He got the entire system repaired and tested on record time. I have used Shaffer's 4 times. Each time they were communicative, from the office staff to their field technicians. That is rare in this current climate of contractors. Scott , young and positive gentlemen, works realty fast and highly professionally.
Very honest and nice person.
Arrived right on time.
Worked all day.
Did a lot of work with my irrigation system.
Follow up to come to finish after I'll be ready.
P.S. 02/26/2024.  Was worried and sceptical. But Mike's team arrived and did an impressive and highly professional job . Amazing. Fast. Very precise to details. Thank you, guys.

Great job fixing my leaks in my irrigation. Broken line and very dirty valves that control the water flow to each zone. The tech Scott did a great job,  and the operation manager Chris checked the job Chris performed to make sure all was done correctly and I also received a call from their office to check with me on employee performance. Great company
