IRRIGATION TECHNICIAN
This is more than a repair role. We’re seeking experienced irrigation professionals who take pride in their craft and recognize that every service call is a chance to solve the customer’s bigger problem. You’ll diagnose the system in front of you, but you’ll also spot the failing components, the inefficiencies, and the upgrades that will save the customer money down the road — and you’ll know how to explain it in a way they trust. The technicians who take that initiative and grow their accounts earn the most here, because our pay structure rewards the value you create in the field, not just the hours you put in.
OUTDOOR & HOLIDAY LIGHTING
Our outdoor and holiday lighting work is one of the fastest-growing parts of our business, and we’re building a dedicated team to lead it. This is a role for someone with an eye for design and a knack for helping customers see the possibilities — turning a routine walk-around into a transformed property after dark. From year-round landscape lighting to our seasonal holiday installations, you’ll be selling beauty and curb appeal as much as you’re installing it, and getting in early on something we’re investing in for the long term. The earning potential grows right alongside the division.
OFFICE & CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Behind every great field team is an office that drives the business forward. We’re looking for organized, proactive people who take ownership of the customer experience and treat every call, quote, and follow-up as an opportunity — booking the appointment, recommending the maintenance plan, and making sure no lead ever falls through the cracks.
