We contacted Shaffer's Irrigation for an estimate since we were having a new lawn put in.  This was our first experience with an irrigation system.  Chris(the manager), told us if we had any problems after installation or needed adjustments that they would make it right.  He turned out to be a man of his word.  We had several issues that turned into multiple service calls.  They showed up every time, fixed our issues, and explained how the system works.  The techs we dealt with were Ryan, Mike & John. I would recommend Shaffer to anyone needing help with their sprinkler system.  The technician that came to our house (John) repaired the problems that we had but also made suggestions of improvements to make and changes not to make being mindful of the associated cost. He arrived right on time, was professional, and clearly knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had everything working perfectly in no time. Great service all around – highly recommend!
