 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We contacted Shaffer's Irrigation for an estimate since we were having a new lawn put in.  This was our first experience with an irrigation system.  Chris(the manager), told us if we had any problems after installation or needed adjustments that they would make it right.  He turned out to be a man of his word.  We had several issues that turned into multiple service calls.  They showed up every time, fixed our issues, and explained how the system works.  The techs we dealt with were Ryan, Mike & John.  They were all excellent, patient and very competent. They solved all of our issues.  What a great team!

The technician that came to our house (John) repaired the problems that we had but also made suggestions of improvements to make and changes not to make being mindful of the associated cost.
